Senior Advisor
Burl East is Senior Advisor to LDR Capital Management, LLC, a Board Member and CFO at Unmanned Aerospace, a US Navy backed maker of logistics and ISR unmanned aircraft. Burl serves on the board of Quarterhill, a public traded, multinational provider of tolling, safety and enforcement, and logistics solutions in the Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) industry. He is a 40-year veteran of Wall Street, having served in senior roles in equity research, investment banking, and investment management.
Burl previously served on the Board of Directors of Excel Trust (NYSE -EXL), the Board of Advisors of Senior Resource Group, The Board of Advisors of Redhill Realty, and the Board of Advisors of Comunidad Realty Partners. He also served on the Leadership Council of the Lusk Center for Real Estate at the University of Southern California, the Associate Board of Governors of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) and was a member of Ernst and Young’s Audit Committee Network. He has guest lectured in graduate level programs at The University of San Diego, The University of Southern California, Northwestern University, The University of Wisconsin and the University of California, San Diego.
Burl holds a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
